New...and improved

Well, all the RECA documents are now online. If you have other suggestions please let me know. I looked at some other sites and they often have garage sales, home businesses, local services etc. I don't want to make the site too cluttered but am willing to condifer any worthwhile additions that would prove of broad interest.
